We believe that there is no asset more valuable to Attacq then the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the people who work here. Wellness
The wellness of our people has always been at the heart of everything we do, helping us to provide remarkable employee experiences. We pride ourselves in providing our people with holistic support to ensure that they not only survive, but thrive in all aspects of their lives.
Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) was introduced in 2022. Using a toll-free helpline, this programme gives them access to a range of specialised wellness support, including medical care, psychological support, legal assistance and school assistance for children from Grade 4 to Grade 12. In addition to the successful EAP, we host Wellness Days across all regions focusing on mental and physical wellbeing.
Skyrisers
Sky-risers is a staff volunteer programme that brings our culture and social experience touchpoints together. It optimises employee engagement, creates a holistic approach to living our values and enhances monitoring of our performance in this regard.
