Attacq Foundation, in partnership with Rise Against Hunger Africa, is hosting volunteer meal-packing events across five Attacq precincts in July 2026. Teams of 18. 67 minutes. Nutritious meals for children who need them.
Why Attacq is involved
Our precincts are built for business — but they belong to communities. Tenants, families, staff, shoppers. Thousands of people move through Attacq spaces every day. This Mandela Month, we're acting on it. Attacq Foundation is partnering with Rise Against Hunger Africa to pack vitamin-fortified meals for children in Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres across South Africa. Five precincts, five events, and one shared goal: helping Rise Against Hunger reach 3 million meals in 31 days.
What you and your team will do
Volunteers work a structured production-line packing station. Each person has a role. No experience needed, nothing to prepare.
18 volunteers per packing station
67 minutes per shift
Multiple time slots available across the day
Each meal contains rice, soy, dehydrated vegetables and essential micronutrients. These meals are distributed to children aged 1-6 trough ECD facilities.
