Attacq welcomes Cotton On to the portfolio with a total GLA build for the client of 20 786m².

The past year has brought further interest in the centrally located logistics offering that Waterfall provides.

The Cotton On head office and Distribution centre located at LP9 North comprises of 21 000m².

This transaction was driven by not only the need for improved logistical capability and brand exposure but also to improve business efficiencies by consolidating the business under one roof by combining both the head office and distribution business into one property offering.

The client required a location which provided not only an A grade Logistical offering but also easy access to amenities which the greater Waterfall City and the Mall of Africa can provide and which are unique to the area.
