The tower’s twisting shape is designed to enhance indoor comfort. Its twist generates self-shading for the tower, ensuring that many of the interior spaces are protected from solar exposure. The interior core of the tower houses the tower’s lifts. Around this will be the partner’s offices and open plan seating.
In accordance with the Attacq Waterfall green principles, the PwC Tower and Annex is designed to conform to the internationally recognised Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) silver standard. LEED is a set of rating systems for design, construction, operation, and maintenance of green buildings, homes, and neighbourhoods.

Primary GLA is 45 223 m ² and has been designed to house 3 500 PwC employees in an efficient workplace.
