Attacq, through a joint venture between Sanlam life Insurance Limited and AWIC, has access to a further 620 000m2 of logistics bulk situated on the eastern land parcels 3 and 24 of Waterfall City and traversed by the planned K113 and K60 arterial routes.
The site, waterfall Junction, is planned to be a landmark, safe and sustainable logistics park situated in a prime location corridor in Gauteng for logistics and light industrial dents.
The development will consist of six phases with the infrastructure catering for Phase 1 (156 000m2 bulk) nearing completion. Attacq has exercised its call option to increase its interest in Waterfall Junction from 23.57% to 50.09%, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent.
