How our graduate programme shapes the future
In the spirit of fostering talent and building a brighter future, Attacq is proud to spotlight the remarkable achievements of our Graduate Programme over the past year. This initiative underscores our commitment to nurturing the next generation of industry leaders, by providing invaluable, hands-on experience in the dynamic world of property development and asset management.
Our programme has seen success, most notably in the stories of Zafar Tayob and Luleka Mashazi, two promising talents who have transitioned into full-time roles within our company. Zafar, initially joining as an intern with the Mall of Africa team, has stepped into a role within the asset management unit as a property administrator. His journey from learning the ropes to managing key properties exemplifies the real impact of our graduate programme.
Similarly, Luleka’s stint with our development team has seen her evolve into becoming part of our operations, now serving as a leasing administrator at the Lynnwood Bridge precinct. Her progression from an intern to an administrator spotlights the programme’s success in equipping young professionals with the skills and opportunities to thrive in their careers.
These stories are not just success narratives of individuals but a testament to Attacq’s investment in the future. Through our graduate programme, we aim to contribute meaningfully to the professional growth of our interns, ensuring they are not only prepared for the challenges of tomorrow but are also pivotal in shaping the landscape of our industry.
Join us in celebrating the achievements of Zafar, Luleka and all the participants of our graduate programme. Their journeys inspire us to continue investing in talent that will drive innovation, sustainability and success for years to come.
