Fikile De Buck

Fikile is an experienced CFO and Non-Executive Director in both listed and non-listed companies. She has a firm handle on Audit Committee issues and chairs them in a confident and balanced manner.

She also effectively makes contributions to board discussions, recognising the importance of collaboration, persuasion and influencing. Fikile worked for the Botswana Development Corporation Limited (BDC) for 14 years, and from 1995 to 1998, she was the Treasurer for the BDC. She returned to South Africa and joined the Council for Medical Schemes in South Africa in 2000 as Head of the Financial Supervision Unit. Subsequently she was appointed Chief Operations Officer for the Council. She left in 2008 and has since taken on a portfolio of Non-Executive Directorships.
