PSG Wealth, yet another blue-chip firm set to call Waterfall Home
1 August 2019. Waterfall City has consolidated its place as the go-to business node for top financial services companies, with PSG Wealth set to move into The Ingress this month.
A division of JSE-listed PSG Konsult, PSG Wealth will be taking over the 4371m2 Building 1 at The Ingress. The office park is neighbours with the iconic PwC Tower, BMW Regional Distribution Centre, Cummins head office and Deloitte headquarters, and other P Grade developments currently underway.
“We are excited about our new home at The Ingress in Waterfall. The multi-use complex meets our needs as a business as it offers us a vibrant, modern and fully-integrated work environment which echoes the quality and comprehensive wealth management services we offer our clients,” says Marilize Lansdell, CEO of PSG Wealth.
Waterfall’s access to public transport routes, quality infrastructure and other amenities such as health care services, schools, retail centres and fitness facilities makes it the ideal location for companies prioritising work-life integration.
The Ingress development, built to the very best industry standards, is the result of over 500 00-man-hours, 12 874 m3 of concrete and enough steel to lay 10mm diameter round bars for a total length of nearly 2000km – approximately the distance between Cape Town and the Zimbabwean Beitbridge border post. Furthermore, over 50 500 m3 of soil was unearthed during the excavation phase of the project just to accommodate the basement parking – that is enough to fill twenty Olympic size swimming pools.
Building one of the Ingress is defined by clean structural lines and clear vistas of the city. The structure makes use of over 1200 tons of reinforced steel, more even than the iconic Nelson Mandela Bridge. As with all of Waterfall City’s developments, The Ingress prioritises sustainability and green design incorporating elements such as alternate glass solutions, flush glazing, external louvres and deep-set windows, in line with highest environmental standards. “Attacq is pleased to welcome PSG Wealth to the Ingress. One of our key focuses is to build long-term relationships with our tenants and to stay abreast of their changing property, and business needs constantly. It is evident that Waterfall City is becoming the destination of choice, particularly in the financial services industry,” said Melt Hamman, CEO of Attacq.
