23 June 2018. Attacq, developers and managers of Waterfall City, is proud to announce that PSG Wealth is set to move into The Ingress, a developing precinct project in Waterfall that is intended for breakaway spaces.
PSG Wealth is an independent financial services group. The wealth management company assists its clients with financial needs that range from asset and wealth management to insurance. PSG will be occupying 4500m2 of the Ingress building, this becoming a key occupancy for the wealth management company which has a great footprint in the Gauteng province at an area that is characterized by growth in business activity and new developments.
The Ingress is fast becoming an important precinct project for Waterfall City. It has been divided into two building projects, which will include a total of four floors. The precinct looks to offer a high quality, corporate office park that encompasses urban design principles.
The precinct prioritises a number of green building focused measures, as it has green infused shading and paving. The Ingress is also pedestrian friendly. All buildings of the Ingress are unique in their features, as they include alternate glass solutions, flush glasing, external louvres and deep set windows. The Ingress has been developed as a location that can offer quick interactions and meet- ups through a pop up coffee at the piazza and fibre optics around the precinct for high speed broadband service.
The Ingress has an integrated design approach to energy efficiency and building optimisation, which can be seen by the various measures made to reduce the impact of building construction on the environment.
With a close proximity and easy access to the Mall of Africa, it is also located on the M4 dedicated Gautrain bus route. Visitors to the precinct are given optimal access to public transport, including facilities which encourage the use of bicycles.
‘’As a firm that looks to provide its clients with the very best service at offer through a highly skilled team, the move to The Ingress presents PSG wealth with the opportunity to touching base with clients at a much higher level, where we look to providing information on all business related matters. Our space at The Ingress supports our vision to locating the business in a place that is vastly growing and bringing in new business’, PSG said.
‘’Waterfall is delighted to welcome PSG wealth and having them as a great addition to our Ingress development building. As a home of a number of financial service companies including other various industries in at Waterfall, it is pleasing to have PSG as another member to our area. As we continue to grow and develop the Waterfall precinct, it is heartening to see that such top calibre companies share and endorse our vision.’’ Attacq COO, Jackie van Niekerk said.
